Wait Wear was founded in 2002 by entrepreneur Yvette Thomas. After literally having a dream one night of placing encouraging messages of purity and chastity on underwear, she began researching the fashion industry and abstinence education. In the fall of 2002 the first products were sold and not long after a t-shirt line developed. In June 2009 the company re-launched with a new focus on pajamas and loungewear. After realizing that for many people, choosing chastity is a personal commitment, it just made sense that having a pajama line that inspires and encourages would be more beneficial to our customers.
